Organising your life
I have always felt a huge satisfaction from a tidy and organised space. I grew up organising my own bedroom, experimenting with new storage systems whilst other girls were playing with dolls. I would even find myself in my brother’s room, making my mother’s life that bit easier by not having to ask him to tidy his room yet again.
Having kids (I am hugely lucky to have two young boys) I know how hard it can be to keep order in a busy household. Things slip, work takes precedence and before you know it you need another wardrobe and at least 10 minutes to find your keys in the morning.
Some people are not naturally tidy or organised. This is not a bad thing, you are probably more focused on your other aims. My aim, no matter where I am, has become to make everyone’s living space the best it can be, working harmoniously and efficiently and enabling your life to be lived on your terms.

How I can help
Resetting.
Life has become busy. Things have begun to slip, you find it harder and harder to find things and spend more time tidying than ever before. Sometimes overwhelm can get too much and means tackling the clutter seems an impossible task. Let me help you reset.
A new space.
Moving house? It’s tough, I know. I can help you sort before you move, decluttering, packing & home staging, saving you time and moving costs. Or do you want the stress taken out of unpacking, myself and a team of organisers can come in, get everything unpacked quickly with systems in place from day one.
Moving on.
Downsizing, or just wanting to make sure you don’t want to leave your loved ones the mammoth task of going through your lifetime of belongings, we can start now gradually.
Sometimes the worst happens. I can help sort, categorise and audit your loved ones possessions or sensitively clear a house after a bereavement.

Testimonials
“Sophie took all the stress out of our move; helping me declutter and pack up our most loved possessions and getting rid of the ‘stuff’ we had no need for anymore. Making room and time for our new addition.”
“The house had got out of control, and I was struggling with balancing work and home. Sophie helped me rid my life of clutter, finding a home for every possession that I loved. Now I spend less time tidying and more time living.”
“Sophie is worth her weight in gold. She has helped me sort and organise the kids things with kindness and encouragement. Most importantly she has given me motivation and a system to tackle the rest of the house. Super Star!”

What is Redress?
Redress is a recurring preloved clothes sale based on the South Coast near Chichester.
We steam and merchandise everything beautifully, making for a really special pre loved shopping experience. If selling with us you will receive 50% of the final selling price which we send via bank transfer after the sale.
Why?
Sophie has been a Professional Organiser for the last 8 years and has seen first hand how many clothes people have in their wardrobes that they don’t wear but don’t have the time to sell. Leila spent many years buying and reworking vintage gems and re-selling them at festivals and events. One day after a lightbulb moment during a coffee date, Redress was born!
Over the last 3 years, 6 sales and welcoming hundreds of you to Earnley Place we have found thousands of items of clothing new homes instead of them ending up in landfill. It makes us so incredibly happy that more and more of you are choosing to shop preloved.
In May last year we announced that we could no longer continue Redress, but we are back for one more sale! We have missed it too much, and have very luckily found a new location in the centre of Chichester! It won’t be in the beautiful surroundings of Earnley place, more industrial vibes but still so many amazing bargains on offer!

Want to sell with us?
If you’re hoping to sell with us, here’s everything you need to know:
Drop-Off Dates
Wednesday 23rd April–10:00am–1:00pm
Tuesday 29th April–10:00am–1:00pm
Friday 9th May–4:00pm–7:00pm
Monday 12th May–12:30pm–2:30pm
As with last year, we’re asking sellers to bring their bags of clothes to the unit on one of the drop- off days listed above.
This is our 7th sale, and over the years we’ve developed a good idea of what sells—so we’ll be a little more selective this time around.
We will accept:
Women’s clothing in good condition High street and designer brands Larger sizes especially welcome!
Unfortunately, we won’t accept: Skinny jeans, high heels, dated styles and shapes & tired basics.
How it works:
Please drop us a message to let us know when you’ll be coming. We’ll then go through your items while you wait, keeping anything we think we can sell and handing back anything we can’t.
There’s no set limit on how many items you can bring, but we’ll be accepting fewer pieces per person than in previous years—we have less space and only 6 weeks to prepare, so we simply can’t manage the same volume.
Please don’t be offended if we can’t take everything. With our experience, we know what tends to get left behind at the end of sales.
Last year, we had to cancel the final drop-off days due to having too much stock, so it’s first come, first served—get your items in early!
Pricing & Unsold Items
We’ll tag and price your items in line with similar pieces. If there’s something you’d like priced a certain way, we can discuss that at drop-off. You can also let us know if there are specific items you’d like returned if they don’t sell.
All remaining unsold items will be donated to the lovely St Wilfrid’s Hospice and Stonepillow (both on Terminus Road).
Payment
Once the sale is over, we’ll total up your sales (you receive 50% of the final selling price) and contact you to request your bank details so we can transfer your earnings.
Please note: We can’t guarantee what will sell—some people make a lot, others not as much. It really varies!
We’ll be stopping drop-offs a couple of weeks before the sale to give ourselves time to hang, steam, tag, and beautifully merchandise your clothes.
Any questions at all please email us! Look forward to seeing you at the sale!
